THC edible set back

I had an edible about 6 or 7 days ago to try and find some relief. It was around 2mg  and I had a massive panic attack from it.. my heart was flying for about 4 hours and for the next 24 hours I felt horrible.

 

Now I feel worse than I ever have and I'm really scared the edible did something to me. has anyone else had a setback from THC that lasted this long? It feels like I'm going to pass out all the time now with lots of ear ringing and a headache that will not go away.

 

I went to the ER they did some blood work and stuff and didn't see anything wrong. I didn't get a CT scan on my head because I've had like 5 of them this year, but I'm starting to think I should have got it.

 

I spent all last night crying my eyes out.. this sucks.
