Alcohol use- symptoms improve when I drink

I have found ym symptoms improve when drinking wine.... im assuming this normal since alcohol has a similar effect to a Benzo? Could this make withdrawal symptoms worse?

Yes, alcohol is very similar to benzo's, in fact some people here calls it liquid benzo's. We strongly advise against drinking alcohol during withdrawal as it usually makes withdrawal worse.
