What is typical timeline for Protracted symptoms

Hey all. I am trying to gauge where I am at. Just hit my 5-month mark post klonopin jump and still struggling with tingling in my head.

What is the typical timeline to indicate your symptoms are protracted?

Thanks,

Seeking

Chapter III, Table 3, of the Ashton Manual indicates expected recovery times for various symptoms during protracted phase.  The table includes tingling.

You are not considered protracted until after 24 months off the benzo.  Most do recover before  then.  Way too early to be worried for you.
