Hello, I am here because I am trying to taper off of .25 mg klonopin. I was on .5 mg per day for 6 years and I cut down by half last year and had a very tough time. I’m here for advice and support on how to micro taper. Thank you!

Wow, a 50% reduction, I'll bet that hurt!  We typically suggest reducing by about 5-10% every couple of weeks or whatever your symptoms will allow, we feel a symptom based taper has the best chance of keeping us functional.
