Persistent painful rash

hi everybody. I’m asking this for a friend, who is in very protracted withdrawl. She is becoming hopeless about a very persistent and painful rash she has on a very private part of her body. She has seen several doctors and tried several medications and nothing is helping her. Just wondering has anyone else had this problem? Her skin is fragile, gets little tears. She can’t even use toilet paper! Just wondering if anyone else has struggled with this, I want so bad to help her. Thank you so much
