Tapering Method

Currently on 20mg Valium.

 

Which method is best to taper from your experiences?

 

Water, Milk or Dry cutting?

 

Also, what rate of reduction works best for you all?  Daily micro-taper or cut and hold?

I think you'll get a variety of answers on this mrcybershow.  Many people dry cut until the doses get too small to cut and then they switch to another method like a liquid or powder/scales.  Some try one method and don't like it and then switch to another method.  It is best to do a bit of research and ask questions like you are doing and come up with what feels right for you.
