I am trying to actiavte my acount to learn about taper Valium asap

Welcome to BenzoBuddies, we are glad you are here!  We can support you as you taper from Valium.  I've put the link to The Ashton Manual below since it is the resource we reference in regard to benzo tapering and withdrawl.  Ashton suggests a slow taper from benzos with reductions in the 5-10% range every two weeks or so.  You are in luck if you are tapering Valium since it is the benzo Ashton leand toward using because of it's long half-life.
