I have read people saying napping can be toxic or naps are toxic during wd

 

I might have an idea what they mean but was just wanting someone to explain it to me

When you take a nap and it makes you worse

[[Ti...]]

To me it’s trying to take a nap and waking up in chemical terror. It’s very hard to nap anyway, but when this happens its just plain awful.
