Rocking, Boaty Dizziness almost 17 months out, Anyone else????

I quit alcohol almost 17 months ago and benzos shortly thereafter. I still have rocking boaty dizziness almost everyday. It is worse in the evening. It seems that my dental surgeries have set me back too thanks to the sedation drugs. The dizziness and and internal tremor in my lower body, DP and DR, depression, health anxiety are all still with me. Just hope this goes away some day.
