Does anyboody get a tingling sensation in their intestines, also a tighness and pain as though they are being squeezed?

I have experienced the tingling sensations throughout my whole body including the gut/stomach. Make sure to eat enough veggies and try to avoid too gluten for a while

Also aloa juice is good for the digestive tract.
