Weakness/Faint and lightheadedness when standing

How common is this, I'm basically bedbound dealing with some withdrawal symptoms for the past six months,recently I've noticed that when getting out of bed for any reason no matter how slow I move... I end up getting g a few feet and having to bend down or over because I feel this intense weight come over my my body followed by a fainting, lightheadness and weakness throughout my entire body. It only lasts a few seconds but my God it's getting to me like every other symptom I've been experiencing. Compared to the symptoms I deal with regularly this one is the least concerning sure but concerning none the less.
