Since jumping I’ve had the same pain tightness in groin and pelvis

 

But anyone else had there pain

? Also In the same place places continuously over there healing? Whether it’s a face arm etc have you also had the same symptom that just stays ? Im 14m and it’s just got worse ? The tightness is on nsaine

I’m scared also as you know the knees out pose

I did some small adductor reps just 12 in total and only with a movement of a few inches and I unleashed a wave from hell
