I took my last dose of valium three weeks ago thursday and had been on .5 mg for a week before that and 1.0 mg for over a week before that.  So very little to no benzo now for over a month.  Only symptoms are occasional light sensitivity and being somewhat more reactive to stress and strain.  Other than that, things feel pretty good
