POTS?

Are these heart rates normal?

 

Resting HR - 70-80’s

Standing HR - 105-115

Walking HR -120-125

 

So is this typical…..? Or do I have “POTS” from wd?

I'm exactly the same. I'm very healthy and fit so I thought it might be due to histamine intolerance. I've been this way for months now and don't know why. What is going on?

Idk….I’m healthy and fit too and I’ve had echos and my heart is fine. I don’t understand

 

Also….just checked while standing again and it was 90. It’s just everywhere

I think you are fine. Over thinking it can also raise your heart rate too. My resting rate is in the 70’s-80.

When I walk for a few minutes it goes up to 110-125. If you have been to the cardio and all test check out I’d move on. Your doing so good now I would worry anymore. Enjoy yourself.
