Can I ask you how long have you been on benzodiazepines?

I'm 5 months off after 11 years every day use and I saw the light immediately after the jumping.

There are some setbacks but nothing is comparable with the last years of the tolerance.

I see a lot of benefits.

INHP, I was a real short termer. 4 weeks on klonopin and quit coldturkey. I am 32 months in recovery. It's been a heck of a ride but it's getting better slowly. I'm glad you're feeling better as well.
