Need help 5 months off after kindling

I Taper from Ativan took 2 years and I was off for 6 weeks and I got sick and i started taking it again I taper again been off for 5 months .. I had different  symptoms that come and go but a week ago I started getting a ringing in my ear on and off..  my question can this start at 5 months off ? I have heard of kindling.. can this be the cause if it?

Here are two sources for what kindling is but its very common to feel different or more intense symptoms the more times you go through this.  It's also common for symptoms to come and go or pop up out of nowhere until you're fully recovered.  Tinnitus is a very common symptom, have you had any new stress lately, that can make symptoms increase.

Thank you so much for your reply .. yes I have been under more stress and been dealing with gallbladder issues too and stress at home too.. and not sleeping well

I believe stress is the largest contributor to increased symptom severity and it looks like you've got it coming at you from two different directions, I'm sorry.  I hope things settle at home and I'm very sorry to hear you're dealing with other health issues.

Thank you, Pamster for these links on kindling.  I was a full time, hard core kindler for many years so this helps me to understand how it could take me a longer time to heal.
