Depression?

Im feeling so low today, Im so tired. Does anybody suffer with depression during this time? What are the symptoms?

I watch my neighbours and other people just living their lives and think why cant that be me.

Just having a really bad day.

Yep with you there. Don’t know if it’s after effects from Covid. Feel have reached  rock bottom at moment. After over 2 years slowly getting worse really had enough. I totally feel same about people living their lives, whereas my world just keeps shrinking.  Sleep is OK , but sadly doesn’t make symptoms any better.You aren’t alone.
