I do psych k and I love it!!! I find it a really nice type of therapy. If your in the states there’s a practitioner named Kat Cedarberg who specializes in benzo WD psych K

I have heard really good thing about Kat --- how long have you been working with her if you don't mind my asking?  and I hope you are feeling better, I know you were having a rough time back in February

I am not working with her but with a psych k practitioner in my city. I really like it. I’m getting there very slowly but def better than in Feb. Just tapering slowly
