Help. Acute tolerance withdraw

Loosing my mind. Been on Xanax 16 years. Tapered from 3.5 to 1.75. Felt off the whole time. Now benzo don’t work at all. Loosing my mind. Like literally. What can I do nothing?  I can’t do this.

Awful indeed. I don’t see how I’ll ever make it. It completely stopped working and has left me in a acute state of hysteria. I don’t know what to do. All I do is panic all day. And feel insane. And it’s getting worse. Detox may be my only hope at this point. Can’t see doing a taper this long like this and only gonna get worse.
