I am looking for some outside help on getting off Xanax. I found this forum on an article online. I am hoping to get help and understanding my symptoms after years of taking Xanax.

Hi Ton88, good to have you here. Help is here. I also was a long term user……decades. It has been a tough year but I’m off now and it has been worth it. I tapered very slowly and would urge others to do the same.
