Same here jo , strange but sometimes in the cartilage. Never in my life would I believed the possibility of pain in ear cartilage.

My ear cartilage has broken apart as is so painful, I had to get soft pillows.

Insane. My nose also dimples in and burns when I breathe.

My brain squeezes like crazy, all day everyday.

It’s worse after I eat.

The ear pain is terrible, I wear a hat everywhere that covers my ears, as wind in it hurts.

Will have to find a summer version, as we head into spring here.

I’m still tapering and have so long to go!

Have you tried pillows they make for chondrodermatitis?

sj - I have had bouts of pain just under the shoulder blade for months and months.  One of my more bothersome symptoms.  It's gotten a lot better but would spike with stress of any kind.  It will go when you heal.  Now I sometimes just feel a sensation - but not pain.  Amazing how long this recovery takes.

Thanks Pamster!

I’ve been looking into this.

I have an awesome formed pillow for my neck that I got, but it hurts too much, been thinking of cutting a hole in it for my ear.

I’ve been to several drs they don’t know what it is.

For sure is chondrodermatitis, hard to see an ENT here in Canada.

Takes forever, stupid COVID is raging with our very own Ontario variant now.

Always appreciated your input.

If I don’t talk to you before, have a Happy Easter!

I'm sure you can DIY your pillow for your ear but I'm sorry to hear you've got your own variant, I'll have to check out the news, I've been in a self imposed blackout for a bit to save what's left of my sanity.

Happy Easter to you too.  :smitten:

Happy Easter to you too Winnie.

Stay with the blackout from the news.

It’s all bad.

We have a provincial election and a federal leadership going on and it’s just insane.

So no good, watching or reading anything news worthy!

Hope you get up to your cabin.

:)

Winnie
