5 months off benxos but still dizzy

Hi all,

 

I am now 5 months off Clonazepam, and I still have this weird body dizziness. I know Dr Ashton has info. about that in her manual, but haven't found many posts where someone explicitly mentions how many months it took to resolve.

 

I'm just curious if someone has had this symptom, and found it has resolved?

Hi,

 

I am 16 months post jump and still experience lightheadedness or dizziness at least once per week… it’s a lot better than it used to be though… I think only after 12 months it started dissipating slowly…

 

Hang in there, it’ll get better…
