To all who are having trouble eating and making meals for yourself and spouses are burnt out from helping. If you can afford it is so worth it getting the home delivered meals prepared.

 

It helped me so much in really bad times. when puking and ill and can't cook and can't get to the store.

 

I used Real Eats because it was so easy and healthy. just boiled the meal in a bag in 6 minutes.

 

I know how hard it is sometimes just to shower let alone eat.

 

It's probably something everyone knows about but just a reminder.

 

Hug yourself when no one else will too. self soothing anyway you can possibly think of  PEACE AND HEALING goooood
