Finding it hard to get up in the morning....

Recommended Posts

I have noticed that a lot of people here have sleeping difficulties. I am the opposite and find it hard to get up in the mornings. It

is mainly due to low energy and my body aching due to post withdrawal.

When i wake in the morning my first experience is my body aches and i feel tired so i just go back to sleep. I don't want to

get up in the mornings due to this.

I just wondering if anybody else has this going on for them at the moment or have had this happen to them and it's

gotten better ?

Thanks

Hi there,

Yes sometimes I do find it hard getting up in the morning.

Many here do. It's part of this process.

I do have low energy at times, and as my understanding.. it's withdrawal.

It will get better over time. I'm still tapering, but there's plenty of proof it will get better.

Hang in there  :mybuddy:
