Anyone experienced numbness along the spine muscles in the neck & upper back?

Yes.  From my mouth area, neck, spine, hands and legs.  It has been so bad at times, it has felt like someone is grabbing my spine and shaking it--hard.

It is scary, keeps me awake, and I have been searching for answers for it, and ways to alleviate it too.  I have no real advice, but know you are not alone with this.

I have never heard this one. Sorry you are going through this. I appreciate learning about it though in case it hits me I won't freak out (as much!)

started at the base of my spine and has gradually worked its way up to just below my shoulder blades over the course of 8 months.  I just tell myself it is healing from the bottom up and will run out of room to hurt soon.
