Do doses have to be equal throughout the day?

Someone told me that it was imperative that my doses are equal (in amount and timing) throughout the day for me to feel better.  Is this true

 

I try to keep the doses close, but they are not identical.  I take 3.5 mg K daily in three doses -- 1.25mg in the morning, 1.0 midday, and 1.25 at bedtime. 

 

Is this close enough?  I'm trying to keep from experiencing highs and lows throughout the day?  So I'm trying to keep the K fairly level in my system.

Yes, that's close enough, Twell.  Some people even take the majority of their total dose at night because of trouble sleeping and do fine.  Something else NOT to worry about.
