Taper Plan

I would like some help on how to taper from .625mg of Klonopin. I am very sensitive to meds and just dropped from .75 to .625 and it has been really hard. Can someone recommend a slow tapering schedule for me? I can use a compound pharmacy as well but I am stuck on how to reduce to lessen withdrawal. I am also not sure whether to cut every day or cut and hold. I have been doing the  cut and hold but it is getting much harder now that I am getting to a lower dose. Any help is much appreciated. I also take 20mg of Lexipro daily to help with my severe panic disorder.

I have my liquid currently made by a compounding pharmacy. It's 30% ethanol, water and pure clonazepam to make a true solution at 0.125mg/ml; it's see-through. I do a liquid/tablet hybrid DMT. I wrote more details to lilpea on her titration thread today, sorry I don't have more time this evening.
