[Hu...] Posted November 23, 2021 Share Posted November 23, 2021 I wanna get back into basketball as a method of distraction, and exercise generally. But preferably something that occupied the brain. Running etc, you can still ruminate on stuff. But playing basketball you have to focus on the technical side a bit more. Reading can be difficult but I managed it even during acute. If I'm not up to reading a book I'll read a comic, as they're more digestible and they occupy you as you have to read as well as take in the visual aspect. Watching movies with my family. I think if I watched them alone I'd give up on them, but watching with others helps a little. Walking, as Mensch said. Preferably with a podcast or music, for me.
