sleep, burning skin, amitryptiline and Atarax

burning tingling skin wakes  me, esp if i have not taken anything. i am alternating 10 mg amitryptyline, taking nothing, 10mg atarax, 5 mg amitryptyline.

i t would seem that my sleep is awakened by the burning arms so Amitryp appears to help that and if i get it started well then 5 mg will keep it a little under control. still need to have the drug of some sort except night after neurofeedback sleep is better.
