Valium and Waking Up

When I wake up in the morning I feel so tired and weak and my heart is racing, I take my 10mg dose of Valium at night for sleep and then I wake up very shaky, hard to stand, could this be plain old high blood pressure 145/90 when waking up or is my body still getting used to reinstating on Valium? Tomorrow will be 2 weeks that I have been on it.

Also, should I not take a multi vitamin?
