I am a 51 year old male and have never had any serious medical issues. Currently my underlying condition is sleep apnea related insomnia, and my trouble sleeping while using the C-pap system. In an effort to assist others, I intend to post my benzo withdrawal journal here and in other related forums.

Hi and welcome to BenzoBuddies, bobi.

 

I tried for 6 months to get used to sleeping with a C-PAP mask; I hope you have better success than I did.  I think I remember reading that benzos can be dangerous to those with untreated sleep apnea.  Are you currently withdrawing from a benzo?  How's that going so far?
