Benzo Withdrawal Research Paper, good read

My husband found this article when he was searching for "family support".  I think it is really well written and was done by a fellow benzo warrior.  Sadly, after starting a career as a therapist helping others withdrawing from benzo's she died in a bike accident.

The parts that I found most helpful is having a firm belief that the benzo patient is healthy and will heal this and that support groups like Benzo Buddies can be very helpful.  It was also informative for my husband, he realizes that my moments of "I want to die", "I can't do this", "I am losing my mind" are par for the course.
