Yeh--Neh...

Ive heard of these and Ive heard Pro and Con...GABA Caps...I heard there useless...Ive heard they work..Ive heard DONT take them there dangerous....

hi skeeter - gaba receptors need to repair - taking gaba supplements may impede rather then assist in the repair of gaba receptors.

 

i took gaba powder during very hard times - sparingly - like anything else - it does stop working - but it did get me over some very difficult hurdles.
