Looking at titration

I'd like to just look at the possibility of titrating these last few mgs.  Am wondering about a schedule.  I don't know how fast or slow, I just want this process done as painlessly as possible.  And safely, too, of course.  I don't want to drag this out into the next millenium.  Thanks, Janus
