?? Correct Equivalent Dosaging for switching over

I was on .5mg of Lorazepam 3 X day ...I (and my Dr) googled the equivalent dose of Diazepam to be 5mg, so I have switched to 3 x day 5 mg of DOAZ. Now i see on different sites it says the equivalent dose of Lorazepam 1mg is 5 mg od DIAZ...which if true means I have upped my intake of Benzo's ?? I actually feel really good on 5mg of DIAZ 3 X day, is this why? ?

Where can I find an accurate equivalent drug table

It's also the same for Zopiclone which I am on at night: one site says 3.75 gm ZOP is equal to 5mg DIAZ, and other site says 3.75mg ZOP is equal to 10mg od DIAZ

Those tables are guidelines, but the exact equivalent dose depends on your individual physiology.  It's entirely possible that the traditional 1 to 10 ratio for lorazepam to valium might not be the optimal ratio for you.  That could result in your first few cuts being pretty easy.
