Hurt my neck

Like many others I have severe insomnia. I don’t really fall asleep my brain just kind of shuts down when it’s had enough.

Last night I passed out in a really bad position with my neck bent and now I can barely move my neck it’s really painfull.

 

Went to the chiro, got x-ray and going back tomorrow to talk about what they can do for me.

Can’t believe this, feels like a pretzel can’t deal with more problems right now.  I never would have injured my self in bed when I was healthy..............

I'm sorry you're having neck trouble. I know your post was a few days ago. I also have neck issues caused by being bedridden. I hope your neck is better. If not, maybe physical therapy can be of help. It helped me a lot
