I’ve been taking a DHEA supplement for about 1 1/2 years. Prescribed by a functional medicine doctor for depression and mood.  Has anyone taken this with benzos ? Is it safe? Should discontinue? I know it is a hormone produced by the adrenal glands and some promote it for a range of health benefits. When I started it I didn’t even think about an issue with benzos. I take it at bedtime.
