Been using “Gaba Max” to get to sleep

I’ve been using a product called Gaba Max which has a ‘prorietary blend’ of different supplements, the primary one being Phenyl Gaba, which looks like is the same thing as Phenibut. I’ve been using it for several months now and I’ve tried to cut back with horrible results.

 

Im concerned I’ve made a complex situation a lot worse and now may be physically dependent on it.

 

Does anyone have any info on this?
