Has anyone ever tried cyproheptadine for appetite?

Personally, I would not take any more medication. I'm nearly three months off and still do not have an appetite. What I do is force myself at least three meals a day and I make them high carbs so as to sustain me. A lot of people will say to not do that and eat healthy, but I just do not have an appetite for food and not eating makes me dizzy, nauseous, and faint with a huge headache. For awhile, I could only slowly eat bread and butter. I also invest in V8 for those times I need something in my stomach but I just don't feel like eating right that second. You may just have to force yourself to eat.

O wow ...do you ever have problems sleeping? If so how do u get to sleep?

I can't fall asleep until around 1 or 2 in the morning and then I'm up with anxiety around 6 or 7 in the morning. What helps me get steady sleep from 2-6 is exhausting myself during the day.

Have you ever went days without sleep?

During acute I did. But now I get 5 hrs of sleep, but wake up as if I never slept.
