I have rigidity  everywhere,

Back of head and neck tight, stiff, numb, pain.

When get lower again can’t lie on back because back too contracted arched up and whole weight is in sacrum and back of head.

Have you tried seeing osteopath or chiropractor or myofacisal release person?

Does your head feel too heavy on neck when upright at all?

Loads - what have you tried so far to improve it?

Have you had upright dynamic MRI to check for craniocervcal instability.

I think that is what started all my illnesses back in 1996.

Lots of ppl with ME now getting diagnosed with it.

All my muscles are severely atrophied, literally only minimal left. Happened almost overnight in 2018.

TMJ stuff can cause dysregulation through whole nervous system. N other hand foot stuff can cause probs in other direction.

Have you tried myofascial release person at all?

Or Feldenkrais?

Good jelly legs are improving. That is something at least.

This is just hell.
