Getting worse

Anyone please help.

I am feeling it's getting worse as I am further out in my withdrawals. Now I am 4 months off but since last night it's really worse. I feel like crying, feel like will go crazy. Scare and don't know what's going  on....and what's next .feels like heart is on fire ..or burning sensation .Will it be further worse and what would be that ....PLEASE ANYONE any idea...

 

20 yrs on benzo (Klonopin) - Always prescribed 1mg daily ...

you should add a signature, so that people can see if you tapered or CT

99-12 - Xanax 0.5 mg twice daily

Switch to

12- 20 - Klonopin 0.5 mg twice daily

Nov 19 - .75mg

Dec 19 - .50mg

Jan 20  - .25mg

Feb 20 - (last dose of .12mg)
