Brain shutting down feeling?

Anyone feel like their brain is shutting down, can’t keep eyes open, concussed feeling like will go into a coma or die or end up locked in.

At same time as total unreality, confusion and feeling like brain being fried in hot oil as well as psychotic terror and hallucinatory stuff?

Yes, for me it was worse when upright.

Can you also relate to a kind of itchy feeling in brain, like a surge of adrenaline, along with this?

No itching no, sort of stinging in head and feeling like brain being fried in hot oil, sizzling.

 

Get the itching feeling in spinal cord. Like restless legs feeling but in spine.

All the time since taking then tapering. Literally I believe it is a incomplete coma for me. Would doze off momentarily different from sleeping. This got less frequent gradually after jumping but still happens.
