Hi!

I need help to taper 7,5 mg Zopiclone. I have been on it for 10 years. Last year I tapered 1,5 mg Xanax. Now I am free - but it was a horrible Journey  :D. Now I like to stop taking Zopiclone. I Don’t want to swich to diazepam. How can I do? Taper plan? :angel: :angel:

What did your Xanax taper look like, it sounds like you have experience, would you like to recreate it for your taper from Zopiclone?
