Weird feeling in stomach

Every time I sit in a car and my husband drive I get like this:

It is a very unpleasant feeling that I also felt when I go carousel o it feels in my stomach. likewise it can feel as it does if I stand at a high altitude and look down at the ground it feels uncomfortable in my stomach. Is it anxiety or is it my body react with over stimuli. This cause me panic today. Wanna jump out of the car....😭😱😡

I know EXACTLY what you are talking about. Not sure what to call it - anxiety or chemical fear.  Either way - once I accepted it as a symptom of healing and getting comfortable with being able to handle motion without Benzos ...  it started to lessen and is almost gone now at 24 months.
