Is anyone else still really fatigued at 2.5 years off.  I can hardly do anything i am so weak and exhausted and sleep does not help.

I am also 2.5 years off. I have it too. Sometimes I wonder if I have ME/CFS

Consider doing a sleep study for sleep apnea, it is very common and treatable.  Sleep apnea can cause fatigue, anxiety, depression, and other issues.
