I’ve been off meds for 2yrs & still having random symptoms such as lack of motivation, blah feelings, no feelings toward other important people in my life, & no short term memory. Looking for info to improve this & others who have similar experiences.

I'm sorry to hear you're till dealing with symptoms this far out from your last benzo, but unfortunately, its not uncommon.  It sounds like you're still not connecting with your emotions, this loss of self is so difficult to deal with.
