Belching!

I have been belching all day every day, so gross! I am 16 months out now, this has been going on for 3 months now.

No acid reflux, but just the  right sided pain I have had for years and this benzo belly. Anyone else belching like crazy?

Some people have tendency to swallow more air than others especially when anxious. Our breathing becomes shallow and more frequent, more air ends up in your stomach and in your bowels. This is an ongoing issue for me, cannot really control it.
