Is the pandemic increasing your DP/DR?

Maybe mine would have increased anyway but I think living across a backdrop of surreal panic has boosted my own surreal panic. What a joy this is.

Yes, it just adds to the surrealness of my DR. Having to wear a mask, distance myself etc. Definitely sucks!

I try and look at the positive and negative. For me it can work in a way because I don’t really touch anything when I am out. Maybe this is why some of us don’t get Covid-19. But, yeah, it absolutely increased my DP.
