POTS

Please can anyone tell me how you coped with POTS. It’s unbearable at times! I feel like I’m going to faint, and feel fatigued beyond belief! Any input would be helpful. Will it go away without intervention? I hope so!

Thanks for replying! It so helps me to know someone else is having the same symptoms.

My comes and goes, thank goodness. It is so scary!

 

I will eat more salt and avoid the heat. I stay hydrated every day.

sjs, my friend Trishy on Long Hold Support Group went through a bad period with Pots.  I am sure if you left her a post, she would be glad to talk to you about it.  She felt terrible for quite awhile but it did pass.  .  Mary
