Does anyone feel like they are going to pass out when they stand up? When I have this head pressure I nearly pass out when I stand up! Any input would be appreciated.

Yes, I am having this right now. I have head pressure constantly, but just in the last two weeks has it made me feel like I am going to pass out when standing.

I don't normally have that. But, it's everytime I stand up right now.
